Gordon Ellis & Co is a quality supplier of rotational moulding<\/a> and precision woodworking<\/a>. We manufacture thousands of items weekly, both as finished products and components. We also offer rotamoulding advice on an international consultancy basis.<\/p>\n

When W.R. Ellis established the company over 150 years ago, sending products “by carrier” really did mean having them carried by horse. The world may have moved on since then, but the principles of quality and craftsmanship established in our wood shop still continue today.<\/p>\n

In the 1970’s we made our first investment in plastic moulding and have not stopped since. Our own success in making mouldings for the healthcare market gave us the perfect foundation to mould for others, with smooth edges and no contamination of colours. Today, after some 40 years of satisfied customers, rotamoulding is the largest division of our company.<\/p>\n

To allow our business to grow, we moved to custom-built premises in Castle Donington, near Derby, in the United Kingdom. There are now 12 rotamoulding machines and a highly experienced team of designers and production staff on hand. Gordon Ellis & Co is very proud to be a family business, still operated by the Ellis family to this day.<\/p>\n

We are ISO accredited and we are members of trade organisations such as the British Plastics Federation (BPF<\/a>), British Healthcare Trades Association (BHTA<\/a>) and British Furniture Manufacturers\u00a0(BFM<\/a>).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Gordon Ellis & Co is a quality supplier of rotational moulding and precision woodworking.
